Access to ku77 is restricted. The following eligibility requirements must be met before registering or using the platform in any capacity. These requirements are non-negotiable and are enforced without exception.
Age Requirement — 21 Years Minimum
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the ku77 platform. This requirement applies without exception. ku77 enforces a strict age verification process at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited. If you are under 21, do not attempt to register.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ku77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ku77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and withhold funds pending investigation. Players who discover they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.
Geographical Restrictions
ku77 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ku77 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. ku77 does not accept liability for any consequences arising from use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
Important: Providing false information about your age, identity, or location in order to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may also constitute fraud under applicable law. ku77 will cooperate fully with any relevant legal authority investigating such conduct.
Account Registration and Security
To use the full range of ku77 services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information and to agree to these Terms. ku77 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion.
You agree to provide the following at registration:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
- A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes
- Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
- A valid email address you have exclusive access to and actively monitor
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. ku77 will never request your password via SMS, email, or any messaging platform — any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to support immediately. You accept full liability for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it, where the activity resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Prohibited Account Activities
You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person. You must not allow another person to use your account or play on your behalf. You must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way. Any of these actions constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure without refund.
Deposits and Withdrawals
ku77 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through encrypted connections and are subject to the terms set out below.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to KYC verification status.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at ku77's discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ku77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary and are detailed in the payments section of the platform.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ku77 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement. The full wagering requirement must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved.
KYC Verification
ku77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time but is mandatory before processing any withdrawal above ৳5,000 or upon account review. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ku77 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. General Bonus Conditions
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. A player must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet Settlement
All sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ku77's decision on settlement is final and binding. For cricket markets, the result as declared by the ICC or the relevant national cricket board is used as the basis for settlement. Live in-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to data latency will be voided.
Casino Game Outcomes
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. ku77 does not influence game outcomes. RTP rates are set by the game providers and reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage for each game. Actual results in any individual session may differ significantly from the stated RTP. Past results do not influence future outcomes in RNG-based games.
Prohibited Conduct in Games
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Collusion with other players or with any third party to influence game outcomes in live casino tables.
- Using any form of automated betting system, arbitrage software, or AI-assisted decision tool that places bets without direct manual input from the account holder.
- Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.

Account Suspension and Termination
ku77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. The following actions may result in account suspension or termination, with or without prior notice.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Operating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation, including bonus hunting or matched betting across multiple accounts
Funds on Suspended Accounts
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible to the player until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, ku77 reserves the right to withhold the balance in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method.
Privacy and Data Security

Amendments to These Terms
ku77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ku77 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is each player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure they remain aware of the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
Continued use of the ku77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
